Policies:

  1. The Bella Ella is open all year round. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room. A two night minimum stay may be required on weekends, holidays and special events.
  2. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay per room plus tax is required at the time of making a reservation. Visa or Mastercard are required. The balance is due at check-in if applicable. New York State tax is added to the room rate. Travelers checks and cash are also welcomed. Sorry, no personal checks.
  3. Cancellation of your reservation must be made no less than 14 days in advance of your stay. To receive a full refund. Less than 14 days notice of cancellation and you will only be charged a $25.00 processing fee with the remaining balance refunded to you. There is no refund for an early departure. In the event of cancellation due to an emergency, a voucher gift certificate for partial or full duration of the stay will be given to you.
  4. Check in time is between 3:00-6:00pm. Unless previous arrangements have been made.
  5. Check out time is 11:00am. You may retain a room between 11:00am-1:00pm for an additional fee of $50.00 if it doesn’t conflict with other reservations. Please make a late departure request as soon as possible.
  6. We have NO handicap access.
  7. Please... No pets, smoking, candles or incense allowed on the property.
  8. Please notify us in advance if you have children so we can inform you if accommodations are available.
  9. Rates are subject to change.
  10. Gift certificates are available.
  11. A hearty, full country breakfast is served seven days a week.
