Policies:
- The Bella Ella is open all year round. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room. A two night minimum stay may be required on weekends, holidays and special events.
- A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay per room plus tax is required at the time of making a reservation. Visa or Mastercard are required. The balance is due at check-in if applicable. New York State tax is added to the room rate. Travelers checks and cash are also welcomed. Sorry, no personal checks.
- Cancellation of your reservation must be made no less than 14 days in advance of your stay. To receive a full refund. Less than 14 days notice of cancellation and you will only be charged a $25.00 processing fee with the remaining balance refunded to you. There is no refund for an early departure. In the event of cancellation due to an emergency, a voucher gift certificate for partial or full duration of the stay will be given to you.
- Check in time is between 3:00-6:00pm. Unless previous arrangements have been made.
- Check out time is 11:00am. You may retain a room between 11:00am-1:00pm for an additional fee of $50.00 if it doesn’t conflict with other reservations. Please make a late departure request as soon as possible.
- We have NO handicap access.
- Please... No pets, smoking, candles or incense allowed on the property.
- Please notify us in advance if you have children so we can inform you if accommodations are available.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Gift certificates are available.
- A hearty, full country breakfast is served seven days a week.
